At Louise Bevilla, we stand behind the quality of our clothing. We offer an exceptional 90-day return policy, giving you three full months to ensure your purchase fits you perfectly.

1. Return Period

You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@louisebevilla.com with your order number.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the 90-day period for a full refund.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong style/size, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new style or size.

4. Fees and Costs

  • Restocking fee: We do not charge ANY restocking fees.

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping is entirely FREE for all our customers in Canada.

5. Refunds

Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If your request is approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow between 5 and 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card statement.
