Refund Policy
This policy describes how we handle the financial aspect of your returns and order cancellations at Louise Bevilla.
Full Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the original purchase price. No deductions will be made for shipping or handling fees.
Processing Your Refund: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeframes:

Approval: Within 2 business days after receiving the item.

Credit: Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original method of payment (Shopify Payments).

Bank Processing Time: Please allow between 5 and 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still do not see the credit, please contact us immediately at info@louisebevilla.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these specific cases, a full refund or a free replacement will be issued upon verification, without waiting for the 90-day policy timeframe.
